MEMBERSHIP FEES

1. All fees are due and payable on or before 1st. July each year.

2. A member will cease to be financial if membership fee payment has not been by July 31st.

3. A. member making payment after this date may lose entitlement to any discounts that may be offered by the club.

4. At the discretion of the committee, a member experiencing financial difficulties may make alternative arrangements for membership fees to be paid.

1. The principal of "No Pay-No Play" will apply to tournament entries fees.

2. If you enter an inter club tournament by placing your name on the entry form, then you must pay the club the entry required by the specified closing date for that tournament. The club will then forward payment on your behalf. If your payment has not been made as required then your entry will be deleted from the entry form.

3. If after entering and paying for a tournament you fail to attend that tournament any discussion on a possible refund of your fees are to be a matter between yourself and the host club.

1. A condition of entry to the clubrooms or facilities is that all members and visitors must sign the attendance book.

1. Smoking by members or visitors is not permitted in any of  the clubrooms,  hall and amenities areas of the building. Members or visitors wishing to smoke must do so outside of the building.

1. It is expected that all club members will wear club uniform where the wearing of a uniform has been designated.

2. Members are encouraged to wear uniform for all organised activities.

3. Club uniform is white pants or skirt with a red top and closed footwear.

All white attire may be worn as an alternative.

1. Consumption of alcohol by a member under the age of 18 is not permitted on the premises.

2. Any member who consumes alcohol is not permitted to shoot for the remainder of the day

3. Alcohol should only be consumed in moderation.
